Hey there, my fellow Spaceheyers!

I love this platform, everything about it. It sincerely reminds me of a time on the internet when everyone truly cared for each other's interests (in a way that feels fresh and new) and actively enjoyed watching videos online simply because they could, not because it suited a customised algorithm or "vibe". But with all that said, I don't think I can keep this blog going for much longer. 

Problem number one: I'm already preparing a weekly video blog each week over on YouTube, and have been doing so for 35 weeks straight. So it seems a little odd that I should also write about my week over here. And believe me, I have loved it! I just don't think I can continue to spare any more time than I already do for it, especially with a video blog going at the same time. 

Problem number two: I'm struggling to find the joy in writing new trivia questions. This one's a real bummer, and I've been finding it difficult for the past few weeks. I don't think I can provide anything of substance, not as long as I'm a student, needing to apply my brain power to my assignments rather than my online quiz... I'm sure you understand!

Problem number three: Fore-mentioned - I'm a student! And I thought my first year was busy enough... but by the time I go back in September, I'll be even busier curriculum-wise, also with new gigs and new projects (I've got a lot of new music planned!) and not to mention the fact I'll be living away from home for the first time ever, so adjusting to a new lifestyle and attempting to survive on my own is going to give me plenty of balls to juggle. 

Like I said, I adore this platform and may find myself popping back in to see how it's all going from time to time. But I don't see myself updating any existing written blogs in the foreseeable future.
