Bees are actually recognized as fish in America, no we aren't stupid, it's just so that you can't do anything to them without a permit! This helps keep them safer because no permit means fine, and fine means money to the government, and everyone knows that the American government isn't very good with money! Don't touch those bees or you'll have to pay a fee!
