Hello!!! I thought I would make a compilation of various websites that I have found over my journey across the world wide web. I might as well do something with the amount of websites that are here.
melonland.net - This one is often seen as a hub for the indie web. Even if you don't plan on joining the forums or doing anything else here, there are still many tutorials and other things to do on the site (like obtaining a tomanotchi or searching through a bunch of small gifs and buttons). Alternatively, you could visit melonking.net on neocities for stuff like that. This is probably the most feature-rich website here.
Wobble.town - get a little virtual pet thing that you need to feed every day. If you don't feed it for five days, it runs away. You can also customise your wobbles' page with html and css if you want, as well as the personality of your creature and what it does in its spare time. I made my wobble incredibly evil because I thought it would be funny (and also so that I don't feel that bad when I forget to feed it) but that's besides the point
wiby.me - a search engine for old-looking (or actually old) web pages. I don't know what to say here it's just fun and can lead to interesting pages sometimes
blinkies.cafe - You're able to make blinkies out of a vast array of templates. Here's one that I made with the miracle moon/miracle maker template:

The super simple userbox maker - make userboxes. yep. I am a pro-userbox individual. Here are a few that I made:
![]() |
This user is secretly an eldritch monster from the void. |
![]() |
It is also a moth. |
Gifcities (Internet Archive) - an archive for the gifs that were found on Geocities before that got shut down. It's a great resource if you're looking for 2000's style gifs! this venomoth one is my favorite ::3

Always try to avoid hotlinking! it uses the site's bandwidth and the images would just get nuked if the site was ever deleted. I'd suggest using Filegarden or Catbox to get the links for your images.
anyways uh that's it for now (yep. work in progress). Feel free to give out suggestions, I'd be happy to take them
