Why the hell do FYPs get so negative at night?

I was mid-doomscrolling session and forgot that i had my screen recorder on and I decided to play it. 12 NEGATIVE REELS ABOUT BODY IMAGE IN A ROW (X_X) NOT A SINGLE FUNNY OR HELPFUL REEL IN BETWEEN LIKE BE QUIET AND LET ME PICTURE SILLY SCENARIOS OF ME AND MY CRUSH IN PEACE!

After looking over through that, I realized that most of my other night time doomscrolling sessions were like that where it was all negative depression content without a single light video. I noticed this happens alot at night!

Anyone else ever get this bullshit happen to them to at nighttime?
