Me and only me

When you just dont feel good enough where do you go?  Everyone always ask where is your happy place but never where is your sad place.  where can you just be sad no judgement just sad.  a lot of us 90s babies have tons of trauma that we havent healed from.  Im gonna use this to be sad put all my sad thoughts here and then put my mask back on and smile for the world
