I LUV SUBCULTURES IN MEXICO

I grew up in Mexico when there was sm emos I honestly am thinking about relearning Spanish just to go back home, based on the last entry I had made I really am over the USA subculture space.

I'm Asian presenting, and where I am from in Mexico there are so many other Chinitas so I don't feel discouraged to relearn Spanish, subcultures are generally so much more accessible there Aswell, there's so many emo markets. SOOOO many concerts too I miss mexico so much, I also am so excited that the tribal aesthetic is back it's essentially Mexico's mcbling except it's WAY better and it has mucic a dance style and kinda is a bit like Gyaru.  I would give ANYTHING to be a teen in Mexico 2000's my mom always went to nightclubs that had techno, there was no drgs or kidnapping as much as there is now.

I think when I go back next summer, I will buy a bunch of clothes! and I will be old enough to go to a techno club with my family I am so excited! I really hope there's still emos in my area, a lot of my moots who are emo are from Michoacan, I'm from the beach and there's a lot of tourists moving in so hopefully it's still true to Mexico and isn't too gentrified. There has always been a BUNCH of emos there and they are never posers like in America where lots of people js listen to ''emo rap'' Mexico takes subculture SOOO serious lolol.
