Ingredients:
-300g cooked and shredded human heart
-200g human liver, finely chopped
-2 human eyeballs, boiled and preserved whole
-100g human tongue, finely chopped
-1 cup clotted, strained, and cooked human blood
-2 crushed human teeth (optional, for decoration or texture)
-1 cup melted human fat (replaces butter)
-2 cups human bone meal (baked, calcined, and ground bones)
-1 tablespoon baking powder
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon nutmeg
-1 teaspoon ground dried rosemary
-1 pinch ground black pepper
Preparation (IMPORTANT):
Clean each organ with sterile saline solution.
Boil the eyes for 20 minutes and set aside in cold water.
Cook the heart and liver at 75–80°C (165–178°F) for at least 30 minutes. Then mince/shred.
Filter and boil the blood to remove impurities. Let it cool.
Sterilize all utensils as if you were in surgery.
Procedure:
Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
In a large bowl, combine the melted human fat with the cooked blood. Stir well until emulsified.
Add the shredded heart, chopped liver, and tongue. Mix until a uniform paste forms.
Gradually add the flour along with the baking powder, salt, and spices (rosemary, nutmeg, pepper).
Mix until a thick, moist consistency is achieved. If it's too dry, you can add a little more blood or milk.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased pan.
Insert the two whole eyeballs into the center of the mixture, like hidden cherries.
Bake for 45–50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
Optional garnish:
chocolate sprinkles or sprinkle on top when serving.
You can make a glaze with human fat and cooked brains, but only if you've neutralized the prion risk (recommended: DO NOT use brains).
