Why the hell do I always dream about dying?

Is it normal to dream that I die? I mean, it's not something that happens to me every so often, but something that always happens when I dream. I've been dreaming about dying ever since I was about 5 or 7 years old, always in different ways tho. When I was younger I used to dream that I died by jumping off a building (and I actually reached the ground, saw the blood coming out and basically died before waking up), but lately I dream that I commit suicide or that I die while being tortured. Idk if that's normal. Likewise, in a strange way, the most "real" dream I had about dying was totally different from the others. I remember it as if it were yesterday when I dreamed it, and soon it will be a year since I dreamed it. That dream was about me being on a bus and basically having an accident with a truck. The thing is, while the bus and truck were colliding, everything was going really slowly and I could see myself and the other bus passengers dying without even being able to do anything. Somehow, in the dream when I blinked, I appeared in a blank space, in which I had to wait for what to me, in the dream, seemed like years (I really had the feeling of WAITING). At the end, a text appeared asking if I wanted to finally rest or move on with my life, I walked forward and woke up. It's definitely the strangest dream I've ever had because everything felt too real. Idk if that's normal tbh, i guess it is tho.

btw i mean that i dreamed about that but like, in a sleeping way, not in a suicidal way.
