today's video game song i'm gonna be puttin on this blog is the toad town theme from origami king. this song, simply put.. SLAPS, and it has a special trait to it that i LOVE when games do.

 if you've never played PM origami king, the very shorthanded version of the plot is evil origami guy takes peach's castle and many of the toads in toad town get folded into evil origami monsters and flee and all that stuff, and everything kinda becomes a wreck.

 But as you progress through the game and finish each chapter, you slowly but surely save more and more toads and the town begins to become more populated every time you visit. that's where this music comes in, because every single time a chapter is completed in TOK, the music becomes more and more full, until after completing the penultimate chapter where everything has become full again, the whole town is saved and you get the absolutely INCREDIBLE music to go along with it, do listen to this theme, it's amazing
