Family Chicken noodles recipe

Ingredients:

- 6 eggs               - 11 chicken bouillon cube    - pound or 2 of chicken

- quarter cup milk  - generous amount of flour

Noodles: 

-Mix eggs, milk, flour, and 1 bouillon cup crushed up until you get a dough like texture and it does not stick to your hands.

-Split dough into 2 balls and let sit form 20 minutes

-Roll dough out flat then roll up into cylinder shape, let sit for 5 minutes

- cut into pieces then roll them out flat into strips a finger width apart on a flour covered surface, let dry for 4 hours but the longer the better

 Chicken and broth: 

-fill large pot with water and 10 chicken bouillon cubes on medium low heat then pour in chicken

- cook over a long period of time and replace water as need, when the chicken is falling off the bone take them out and remove the meat from the skin and bone to put the meat back into the pot

- If noodles are dry enough put them into the pot as well and let cook until noodles are tender


Enjoy!

(I would also make mashed potatoes to serve underneath the noodles but that's just me)
