A Creepy Whistling Clown Statue Animatronic I Own (video embed at the end of post)

This isn't supernatural unless you want it to be, but I thought it fit the category best because it's weird and creepy.

For some context, I collect clowns both because they're kinda creepy and because I'm genuinely fond of them. Recently my mom was at Savers and found this creepy animatronic clown statue. She knew I would adore it so she bought it for me even though the sound was broken. 

Today I turned it on and it still wasn't making noise, which was fine as even just it's head turning was creepy. I left it on while I went shopping today cause I liked the idea of it going 24/7. When I got home it somehow partially fixed itself. I walked into my room to see this.
