Okay, so…
I’m literally shaking while writing this bcs MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE is coming to Chile in january 2026. YUP, It’s happening.
I found out this morning and I’ve been in a spiral ever since. I’ve loved MCR for quite the time now and never in my life I think I’d actually get the chance to scream w them In real life.
Like, this band got me through so much stuff and now they’re coming here???
Breathing the same Santiago air as me?? Crazy.
BUT. Here is the thing.
The tickets are $138.000 CPL
AND i really wanna take my best friend with me ‘cause she’s the one who got me into them in the first place. So basically 276.000 pesos just for the two of us 🫠
That’s like.. almost my entire savings from this year. Like I could technically afford it, but do I really want to spend that much money on ONE NIGHT? I mean, it’s isn’t like just any night, but one enjoying and singing with MCR yk.
But like what if they never come back? What if this is my only chance? What if I don’t go and then regret it for the rest of my life and I then see videos of people crying at the concert and I’m just in bed like a loser?😩😩😩
UGHHH. I’m so torn
I need a sign from the universe or like a money miracle. Anyway, pls help me, should I just do it or be a responsible somewhat adult (I hate adulting, ew)

Hiiii this is coming from someone who impulsively splurged and purchased VIP tickets for them and their loved one-
Do it.
Money comes and money goes. Sure, you could try to save up some more money or get a part-time job (I don't really know what the situation with getting jobs is like over there and I do not know how old you are so I don't know if that's even a possibility)- the money will eventually come back but the concert might not.
Of course, you can also discuss this idea with your friend, see if your friend could potentially chip in at least a little bit of money- financing is entirely up to you! But don't wait too long to decide because the tickets will likely sell out ^^'
