If you're new to html, you can use other people's layouts as a base and customize them! I'd recommend taking the time to read the code, there's always key words so you don't lose yourself, like "img" "gif" "width, height" "color" "background" etc.
It's pretty basic but it takes some time

nah, all you gotta do is look at the top of your screen and find "layouts." Click on it and choose wtv you want. Then, you copy and paste the code, and paste it in your blurbs (most will say to paste it in your "about me" section, but it doesn't really matter.)
