June 23, 2025 - Working out arm+shoulder

I’m at the YMCA rn and this workout is fueled by pure fucking rage atp.


I didn’t have work today so this was going to be the highlight of my day because i love working out and had nothing else going on today but it's going horribly gang


Normally my i start all my workouts with the same inventory: Phone, Keys, Headphones, Energy drink, and the penjamin.  THIS TIME HOWEVER, i forgot to change not just my phone, not just my headphones, but the pen too.


Genuinely the worst thing to realize omw to the gym.


So i had to make a difficult choice, which one to charge? Honestly there was only one real answer and that was the pen. 

So i get to the gym with 10% charge phone, headphones on low battery, but atleast the pen is charged! NOT


I just got this new stilizy battery like 2 days ago and it is genuinely such a pos, it lasts like 2 seconds and takes forever to charge, so during the 10ish minute drive to the gym i had enough charge for like one 5 sec hit.


so now im here mad asf about all of that bs but already it was lowkey a motivator, my first three exercises, reverse grip lat pulldown (mostly to target the biceps), cable lateral raise, and tricep rope pulldown, were all fueled by rage and a mild geek, and along with the 200mg of caffeine, it did an amazing job destroying my arms and shoulder.


So now i’ve calmed down and i’m pushing forward, doing some machine preacher curls and this fuckass ab machine (this workout is all over the place it was suppose to be arms and shoulders but i could use some ab work after avoiding it for a good minute)

But at the end of the day im having a good time here at the Y 


Gonna finish up here and do some hammer curls, overhead tricep extension and some overhead  press to end the workout. 

Lots of love for reading this gang and i’m lowkey excited to do more of these revolving around working out.
