i've had only one encounter of sleep paralysis
i was half asleep as i felt a cold fingertip touch my forehead
i thought it was my brother so i tried to shout his name but i couldn't, no matter how hard i tried
so i thought it could be sleep paralysis
and then i remembered that sleep paralysis won't hurt me so i went back to sleep
and then i felt a warm fingertip touch my forehead
and i half-woke up and i didnt see anything and went back to sleep
i have Raynaud's disease so it could have been my cold fingertip which could have warmed up shortly after and i could have just been touching my own forehead
nonetheless it was a cool experience

nooooo omfg bc something similar happened to me when i was in middle school
i had sleep paralysis one night and at first i started hearing like train noises, like a train on tracks, but i didnt live by a train at the time so ????? and then after a couple seconds i heard like a boom like it sounded like someone hitting a big trash can with a baseball bat idk, and then i felt like 2 or 3 fingers going down my back and i was like trying to say my nanas name, and eventually it stopped but i asked my nana afterwards if it was her and she said no, and it was only me and her and my little sister living there at the time, my sister was asleep, i literally dont know what happened smh so scary
what the freak thats scary
i kind of want to have another sleep paralysis experience because it was thrilling but i also don't want my next one to be scary
do you relate to this or are you done with sleep paralysis

me personally, I am over sleep paralysis. I havent had it in a really long time thank god, I just really don't wanna have to go through the feeling of being restricted and not being able to do anything again. But I can understand where you're coming from, wanting to experience it again, because it feels like maybe you can do something different next time or pay more attention to what's happening.
Overall, its a very surreal experience.
