Strangely enough, I do have motivation to be creative. Since I finished saving my classes I was failing in, I took all my ideas for DIY projects and put time into them for once. Well, projects is an overstatement. I wish I actually took it that seriously. I can't even gather the energy to cut out a stencil right now. I could just dive into it, or I could just blame the heat outside (take a wild guess which one I went with). Right now, I want to brainstorm, but I'm kind of just procrastinating. That is, the hat I am working on.
It already has two patches on it that came out great but were extremely tedious to sew on. I don't like to plan projects, and this hat is supposed to show that, so really, I have no excuse to be "brainstorming", 'cuz I actually have a good idea of what my next patch is going to look like. The only thing on my mind right now is the aesthetic of it.
All the bands, or at least most of the bands that are going to feature on my hat have a black and white simple design on their logos and I want to make it kind of cutesy with like a bow on top and hair clips if I find a way to put them on. And even though the idea is just to see how it goes, I AM LOSING MY MIND. Kind of. I should just get to making that Sore Throat patch.
There are many other clothing pieces I want to make and design, like different kinds of tops or pants with a detachable part. I want to dip my toes in Gyaru aesthetic too, since I love Eurobeat and Para-Para. Another idea was a knitted hat to look like Hachiware's ears, but who knows how long my patience would last there.
Anyways I'll leave some shit quality pictures of the patches on my hat I already made to document my progress or IDK.
