need help with emo clothes!!!

ok.. i entered the emo scene and i'm with fear about one thing, i'm a afro descendent and i don't find any outfit to make with me, casually i use bands shirts and smth like that, but i don't find afro emo reference, i don't know how to set my clothes with it, and i have fear to to ask to someone and sounds like a racist comentary, like "ah i'm black guy so i can't be emo", no, i just can't find a outfit to me (if have smth wrong with my written, my apollogies, i'm learninf english yet)
