I don't know what to do anymore

I had all these plans lined up for the next couple months with  my now ex-girlfriend. I had all the dates set and marked off on the calander waiting for the time that she was supposed to come over but she broke up with me two days before she was supposed to come over. Now I'm just completely lost and I don't know what to do. I've been blatantly ignoring everyone at work and everyone in general. All I do is sit in my room watching Tik toks and stupid stuff on youtube. I wish there was more that I could do but even if I found a new girlfriend I could never love someone as much as I loved her.
