So I recently decided to workout, which by the way is going pretty okay-ish. I haven't really been a super active person especially being unable to work a regular job and struggling to get my G.E.D. To even go to college so the movement has help a little bit. I'm pretty proud of myself for keeping it up for as long as I have and have made a bit of progress on loosing weight.
(Slight TW: mention of injury)
Before I dropped out of school I was in JROTC which is just like boot camp but for school and it sucked. Had a lot of issues with that mainly cause I had a major injury from a dog attack leaving my arms pretty much useless till they healed but was pushed to do all of the exercises anyway.
Being made to do that had a lasting impact on my abilities but there's always my really shit genetics as well lol. But even with that I'm glad I started on a workout routine, it's helped quite a bit with my shitty mental health stuff.
Idk thought mostly wanted to get this off my chest and felt like this could help. If anyone has any suggestions on easy exercises I could do that wouldn't be too hard on my body id love to hear them.
