OMG THIS IS SO FIREEEEEEE did u use like an airbrush and painter's tape for the blurry effect?? IT LOOKS SO GOOD!!!!!!

Ahhh thank you so much! Yes it's airbrush and oil, and then I used masking fluid in this case but painter's tape is used in a lot of my work :)
