so i decided to start living life like its the 2000s
hi everyone!! its lev again. typing this from my macbook.
so, i realised that my screentime started toppin 12 hrs - wtf?!?! and well, i saw some tiktoks on my fyp that encouraged you to live in the moment, start going offline!
u guys know I LOVE THE INTERNET. i swear, when im pooping/eating/doing my hw i have my phone on me, its crazy. now, i usually HATE those people that tell everyone to go on a digital detox, since its usually told by one of those "productivity alpha-male" type of people. but, everyone my age seems to have started doing it, apparently.
WAYS TO LIVE LIKE ITS THE 2000s, APPARENTLY??
- only text people on ur pc, and gradually start shifting ur internet usage from ur phone to only on ur pc
- start going on ao3, tumblr, myspace, and youtube sometimes
-burn cds
-be in the moment??
-listen to the radio on transports, to kill time
-call rather than txt ur friends
-start going to free local events!
-go on internet archive and look at old websites
so, im going to be trying this out for a week (hopefully) and ill be back with some more updates.
