Meeting someone online can feel exciting at first. You find people with the same interests, similar feelings. and you talk for hours. It feels like youve found your soulmate. Distance dosnt seem to matter, even if they are on the other side of the world, they can feel so close.

Then come the threats, the fear of being exposed, emotional manipulation, and even harassment. You find yourself asking, 'why did i trust them so easily?'

Still, online spaces arent just full of danger. There are genuinely kind people out there. Ive met friends who truly listened, who supported me without judgment, Even if they couldnt be there physically, their presence meant something.We never met in real life, but the connection was real.
