You know what's funny? Procrastination. So many people will let the tasks pile on and finish it last minute or not at all. Not that I'm one to talk haha! It's not just work either, I'm sure insomnia is a byproduct of this, worrying about things you've put aside or staying up late to cram what you can into your free time after a long day... even though it might just repeat the cycle in the morning. It doesn't help time feels to much faster at night than in the day. If that's the case though - wouldn't we have more time if we slept early and saved it for the morning? Maybe it's just hard to end a night when you feel it's gone to waste... but I like worrying for the future, it gives me a reason to begin my next day... Maybe I'll start heading to bed sooner...
