google is prioritizing ai and ads over accurate information, youre not alone in noticing this. i wouldnt blame consumerism as much as id blame the fact that google basically has a monopoly over the search engine industry and they can do whatever they want with 0 repercussions. i mean, what are people going to use instead, bing? duckduckgo? these search engines are far less accessible than google, which is integrated into our phones and browsers.
basically its a shame and im just glad other people see it too.
I am SO tired of ppl calling any problem in the world "consumerism" NO IT'S JUST MODERATED SO THAT WE'RE DUMB THAT'S IT!!!!!
