chronic boredom

i feel like i'm suffering from chronic boredom and it's killing me softly. like no matter what i do i just find it so be so incredibly boring. game? boring. shower? boring. sleeping? boring. on a walk? boring. cooking? boring. everything is constantly boring and i constantly feel like im running out of time for some reason which is... so exhausting. anyone else experiencing something similar? nothing entertains me anymore and i just never know what to do.
