Dropping my phone in water

It's happened twice. My phone is the OnePlus 12 so it is NOT waterproof sadly. The first time it happened: I entered a pool but I didn't realize my phone was still on me. The second time? I was jumping on stones above a river and my phone fell out of my pocket into the river and it took like 3 minutes for me to realize and find it lmfao anyways every single time this happens the water seeps through the sim card slot and into the cameras and the cameras get super foggy for a month or two ToT so now my cameras won't work for a month but at least I have a burner and I don't take photos that often
