im not that good with conversation!! (⁠｡⁠•́⁠︿⁠•̀⁠｡⁠)

i've had a special someone (he knows who he is) tell me im good at holding convos but i really don't feel like i am💔

i need help how do i be more interesting in convos?? i've never had a really good friend like this who i constantly wanna talk to but i can't talk to him if i've got nothing to talk about!!

i feel like i can be super boring and i wanna change that so some advice would be nice, thanks!
