Ok, here are my recommendations off the top of my head.
Splatoon 3 just got a free update for Nintendo Switch 2, I've heard it looks great
No Man's Sky looks fantastic and runs pretty well on Switch 2
I've heard Fast Fusion is amazing and it's only 15 bucks
Katamari Damaci and We Love Katamari are both a blast if you don't have them already, though they aren't gonna look/run any better on Switch 2 than they did on Switch 1 since they're remastered gamecube games
I'm legally required to recommend Undertale and Deltarune as well.
