Mutahar from SomeOrdinaryGamers is actively fearmongering his audience. I think so, at least.
A week doesn't go by without him releasing a video titled like "BIGGEST BREACH EVER", "THE INTERNET IS ENDING", "THE WEB IS FALLING APART", "HOW AI WILL TAKE OVER", "THE WORST SECURITY GAP", "INTERNET DIED YESTERDAY"
Like, yes I understand he's a tech news channel, but why is it like, okay? And I don't care about the insides of the videos themselves, even if they are in any way meaningful, clickbaiting with fear is the literal definition of fearmongering.
I rly don't think that's okay because when breaches that my friends' datas were in were never mentioned yet a 913627813521351936th pisspoopcompanyR.com breach is mentioned and titled "THE MOST MASSIVE BREACH THIS YEAR..." like no because then when something actually happens no one knows ://

i always ignore them on my feed. had no idea it wasnt a gaming channel... tf.
he technically does game reviews too, but tbh, I don't trust him ever since he cried about how privacy breaching nintendo switch 2 is (which is true as fwuck) and then bought one on the release date :////

actually fucking real, i feel like once youve reached a certain level of fame/money, most become dissociated with normal regular people, like they lost their humanity
