Happy 4th of December!
Today I want to show you a new feature which was introduced about a week ago: Private Profiles.
You can find this new feature in your Account Settings. That way, if you want, you can now easily switch between a public profile (default) and a private profile. If you set it to private, only your friends (which you have to accept) will be able to view your profile.
You can easily switch between a private and public profile whenever you want!

Cool feature, I get it, but I don’t generally accept friend requests from “private” profiles…I like to know who I’m “friending”.

Same here. I don't like people adding me whose profiles are private. Generally, when someone adds me I view their profile on how their "profiles act with their lives." I don't like someone who is like a creep when adding me.

Right it just doesn't make sense. Why make it private but you want people to see you and be social? It's ridiculous

Right?! I actually accepted a friend request just to see the profile, I decided that person wasn’t someone I wanted to friend, so I quickly unfriended. 🤷🏻♀️
