Recent updates!!! (ATV crash, driver's license, weather) B]

haven't blogged in awhile so haii!!!!

A few of the things that've happened in the past few weeks: I got injured from an ATV crash, I got my driver's license (I was NOT DRIVING THE ATV), and I got sunburned. Lot to unpack LOL

I'm super glad my driver's license is out of the way. I was terrified of taking my driver's test, and tbh I barely passed. BUT YK WHY THAT IS?? Nobody told me I was taking the test that day!!!! So I didn't know!!! I thought it was a review drive but ig not XD

Either way, I walked out of it with a license so that's great. I recently went grocery shopping with my sister (just us) so I could put my license to good use. My car's volume knob is faulty, and you can't bluetooth directly to the car (old ahh i know 🥀) so you have to use a weird connector thingy and we couldn't find it. So I had to bring a physical speaker to blast music. We had a gr8 time tho :P

About the four-wheeler crash...yeah that wasn't fun. I posted on my Instagram about it and i could barely type with my thumbs LMAO

I had bandaged hands for like a week 😭😭 but they're fine now. Actually, better than I expected.

The way it happened was that I was riding in a trailer that was being pulled by an ATV and the person driving it took a really sharp turn onto a gravel road and the trailer disconnected and flipped which kinda sent me flying into the air and onto my stomach

Thank goodness we had helmets. But I got scrapes and bruises and the skin on my hands peeled back like holyyyy it was the scariest experience of my life

and it was

SO 

PAINFUL.

but we laughed about it afterwards. Btw this was in a different town in the middle of nowhere without a hospital so we had no medical resources. We powered through though yayyy <3

On the bright side (literally), it was sunny for like a couple days (after we got home from being in that other town) and really freaking hot so I actually tanned. Which is kinda insane for being the middle of June here. it's not hot very often fyi

We went out on the lake to paddleboard and overall had a great time. :D

The second day it was hot, I went to the annual Down Syndrome awareness walk which is basically exactly what it sounds like. My mom usually helps so I just kinda hung around until my relatives got there so I could talk to them n stuff. My brother is the one with downs btw lol. He was js playing in the bouncy castle the whole time xD 

I can't remember what I did the rest of the week besides go to a trampoline park which is the only remaining service in this almost abandoned mall. Man I'm sad that mall culture is kinda evaporating, i see so many malls getting shut down and abandoned and demolished n all that, really wish we could bring em back. sighhhhh

I guess that's all I have for now. something really special is happening in the coming week, so stay tuned ig for any updates on it!!
