My calf muscles are developing the way I want them to! I have been brisk walking a lot more these days (yes even while it’s cold outside) and I def see a difference. I prefer the cold cuz I don’t have to deal with excessive sweating and my BIGGEST enemies of all: humidity and mosquitoes! I’m starting off like this until I get my stamina back for more high intensity workouts such as Zumba, which is my FAVORITE workout by btw. The best way for me to continue working out on the regular is to make it FUN cuz I have ZERO motivation for it. But if I could not work out at all and just wave a magic wand to give me the shape and stamina that I want then I’d totally choose that option!
