Rant about the deep south!

Alright, I’m gonna rant about living in the Deep South and to be honest, there are a lot of wins to living here, but right now I’m just gonna talk about the things that are not wins and I’ve lived in the South my whole life, so I’m pretty entitled to have my opinion about it. Okay , so the first thing is kind of a win and a loss, depending on how you look at it/who you are it’s the heat here is crazy, and sometimes it’s good because you know when you go outside, it feels warm, so you can run around and play. But there are some days when it’s just too hot to even go outside. You go outside and you immediately sweat off 100 pounds it’s literally crazy and the fact that it doesn’t snow here besides like once every five years makes me upset because I really do like playing in the snow, even if it does make me extremely cold. another thing, especially for me because I live in a small country town everyone like literally everyone is so bland and boring besides a few. I feel like I can never find anyone that actually wants to go on adventures and cool and outgoing stuff with me, and they’re just all the same person, but like in a different font, they would all rather sit at home on their phones and make the same TikTok’s they all do. a lot of people think that I’m very loud and outgoing so some people at my school don’t like me for that reason but it’s not like I’m an outcast or anything not like that’s bad but yk I’m not even that loud I don’t think… I guess the final thing I’ll talk about is how nothing is private and when I say nothing is private I mean it, especially in small towns like mine. I swear you go anywhere and the adults know you, and they have permission to spank you even at your grown age. You’re like never safe, so you can never back talk, you always  have use your manners, which I guess isn’t a bad thing in the long run, but sometimes these elders are really sensitive, and getting threatened to be spanked at my grown age is embarrassing especially by a person I barely know like I’m turning 18 in a few years and you’re talking about whipping me with the belt just for forgetting to say yes ma’am like I’m sorry 😭💔 Alright, that’s the end for now, just a little rant.
