At first I was brainwashed and thought ppl were just hating but now I get it bcs what do you mean “I’m a grown woman but look like a niña”?? NIÑA MEANS LITTLE GIRL WTH!! And as a short person myself I understand wanting to use your shorter stature as a funny thing bcs she’s super short so it could be funny right! Well it’s not funny when you’re using it all the time as your only joke and it really comes off as “I’m so smol and petite 🥺” Like girly YOUR PUSHING THIRTY GROW TF UP!! And using Lolita as an inspiration was insane bcs as a Lana fan I don’t like when she used the whole Lolita aesthetic early on so why do you think Sabrina is exempt? I feel like the album thing however isn’t too bad (PND..) but how can we call her a “feminism icon” when she’s using infantilization and grooming as an aesthetic and marketing? She needs a new PR team or smth bcs this isn’t it..

I have never liked her. But it’s annoying when she claims she would never be inspired by Lolita or has never watched/read it when the inspiration is very obvious. If she wants a sexy brand she needs to distance herself from things associated with children like Lolita poses and babydoll skirts and self-infantilizing. And she’s currently one of the most popular female singers in the US. What does that say about what consumers want? Enough normalizing this.

I agree. I know it’s the men’s fault but the women who choose to objectify themselves should also be held accountable in some way
