how to i make my hiragana look good/readable

ok so when i write hiragana physically (w/ a pencil) it looks wonky as sh*t like 'a' and 'su' without it looking like a damn spaghetti so

if any Japanese people or anyone that is familiar with hiragana can you please reply/comment with tips because i'm struggling and i mean STRUGGLING. 😭
