Literally its either “cute little baby innocent skeleton” or “silly cool dude who isn’t insecure or anything” 1. He can stand up for himself 2. HE IS INDEED SILLY!!!?!?!?!? 3. literally his insecurities shine through a LOT in game(ex. Awkward laughing, and backhanded stuff towards himself- idk how to say it LOL)
In general he is a bit clueless, but he also is a grown man, so, he may be clueless, but he is also mature enough to understand ‘deeper’ things
(Also i love when people interpret Paps as someone who’s insecure i cannot stress this enough)

i have played this game in which this character comes from! i have found it to be very enjoyable, easily one of the best pieces of earth media i have consumed so far. and yes the silly character “paps” is indeed a whimsical fella!
