hunger games book about plutarch??

i've seen so many people theorizing that suzanne collins will write another hunger games book, this time a prequel about the character plutarch heavensebee...after SOTR there's so much more depth to plutarch so i really hope she does!!

also i CAN'T WAIT for the SOTR movie!! the castings are so amazing (though i wish we could have gotten biblically accurate haymitch and louella)
