I get most of my clothes from thrift stores, poshmark, and depop. Searching the 2000s characters like Bobby Jack and Paul Frank was helpful for me. But I also have a really cute tank top from Jessica Louise. Statement hoodies were also a big thing. Like the Gir hoodie from Hot Topic or even black and (any color like black, blue, pink, red, purple) striped hoodies. Although most often they are very pricey, Abbey Dawn hoodies and shirts are good. And sometimes you can find one for a good price on secondhand websites if you search for long enough. Animal print leggings to layer with shorts and skirts aren't too hard to find on secondhand websites either. Tutus are also pretty easy to find I think, and they were big in scene. For accessories, it's usually pretty easy to find and/or make bows. Just search up a tutorial for making bows once you have ribbon from a craft store or something and then you can hot glue them to a hair clip. You can also make fingerless gloves by cutting them out of socks. The Kandi is pretty easy once you have a bracelet making kit with pony beads. Also I just want to say that I think a lot of the fashion is mainly focused on the Kandi, hair, and makeup, I mean if you look at Ambrehhh's outfits video a lot of her outfits aren't super intricate. But she's still an iconic scene queen.
oops didn't mean to write black and black striped lolz
