I can't see images on my profile レ・ヘ・マ

I've been trying to add GIFs (blinkies) to my "Blurbs" section, and all I get are broken icons.
I've cleared the cache and tried various hosting services like Giphy, Tenor, ImgBB, and Catbox, but nothing seems to work.
Is this a temporary issue with SpaceHey, or am I doing something wrong?
I'm leaving the code below for better understanding.
