🕯️🎃Halloween art | OC MONSTERS 🎃🕯️

Greetings, My Ghoulish Mortals...

Tonight, I emerge not with news from the underworld, nor tales of recent wicked deeds—but simply with a desire to share a glimpse of my cursed creativity.
And what better way to do so than with a dose of dark art and a speedpaint spell?

I thought it fitting to unveil a piece of my haunted process—how I conjure art from shadows and scribbles, from fleeting sparks to final form. To even make this post a little more... possessed, I’ll tell you the tale behind this piece.

Ah yes... this artwork—this twisted little creation—has been haunting me for years.
It all began in the year of 2020, during a lull at work, where I first scrawled a simple sketch. A seed planted in ink. Two digital attempts followed soon after... only for the piece to vanish into the fog of forgotten files.

It lay dormant—asleep in the crypt—until 2023. That’s when I summoned it back. Two more sketches. A bit more madness. And finally... the ritual was complete. The art was reborn.

So here it is, creeping from the shadows:
My first pumpkin spawn—Shadowkin—and his stitched-up feline familiar, Stitchy Cat, stopping the mischievous mummy Seth from being snatched by the lurking Reaper the Shadowbat.
A monstrous bunch—spooky, strange, and delightfully chaotic. Just the way I like it.

Enjoy, my fiends. And remember... all good horrors take time to brew. 🕸️

🕷️ Of course, my darklings, it’s only fitting that I unveil a glimpse of their twisted designs... 🕷️

Prepare yourselves—this may become quite the monstrous showcase.

But heed this warning, cloaked in cobwebs and sealed with shadow:
These characters have walked beside me for nearly a decade. They are bound to me by ink and spirit, by stories whispered in the night and dreams stitched together through years of creation.

They are mine—original familiars from my own eerie tales.
So I kindly ask you, from one creature of the crypt to another: do not steal their forms for your own gain.
Honor them as you would honor any ancient relic or cursed artifact—with reverence, and respect.

I thank you, cursed companions, for upholding this sacred pact.

With eerie regards,
Lyrexios
