GIANT MANTA RAYS

Giant manta rays, also known as oceanic mantas (Mobula birostris), are the largest species of ray in the world, reaching up to 7 meters in wingspan. They inhabit tropical and subtropical waters, gliding gracefully through the ocean with their wing-like fins. These gentle giants are filter feeders, mainly consuming plankton and small organisms. Despite their massive size, they are completely harmless to humans. Intelligent and curious, manta rays exhibit complex social behavior and have some of the largest brains among fish. Sadly, they are now endangered due to overfishing and pollution.
