It's been a year since i found these baddies in a thrift store (I guess a baddy lost her wings) but i still didn't find an outfit for these beauties so i'm desperately asking for help

It took me multiple seconds to figure out those were boots and not a mermaid tail, lol.
I'd say maybe wear a ruffly short sleeve blouse similar in color to the boots, a pair of white shorts or a skirt, sheer white or black ripped tights, layer a bunch of silver and gold jewelry (notably bangles and necklaces), and bonus points if you have some sort of chrome/shiny headphones.
However, I'm not too sure what your current closet looks like, so 🤷.
