Honestly I can't stand people who are so defensive about celebrities especially since they don't know them but when it comes to Megan I will defend her with my life. like I don't understand any of the hate she gets considering she's never done anything to deserve it yet. Especially with the Tory Lanez case. People swear so hard that he's innocent and the courts did something wrong but all these people get their news off of shady pop articles. As someone who's a criminal justice student and who actually has read the court transcripts he's clearly guilty. if he was so "innocent" why haven't his lawyers appealed the case? Knowing damn well how much celebrity defense attorneys get paid with how much effort his lawyers put in and how hard defense works to pick an impartial jury, that man's so fucking obviously guilty. Not to mention he has a history of being physically violent towards women. Everyone's screaming "protect black men" but does absolutely nothing to protect black women. Megan has gotten hate for genuinely the dumbest shit especially when she dropped "hiss". The woman didn't even name drop and when Nicki attacked her everyone wants to act like it was her fault😭??? I love the way she handles any public issues or drama she has though, like every song she makes is so fire omfg. Her making songs and profiting directly off the drama while calling people out shows how emotionally intelligent she is. I fear she is in fact the baddest bitch alive. Not to mention her song Cobra where she discusses her mental health through the shit she's been through around the last five years. If you've never listened to the cobra rock remix you need to cus it's literally life changing and one of my most played songs with ungrateful by her too. All this to say I have so much love and admiration for Megan she is easily one of the top rap artists of this generation. Im boutta go listen to her discography all over again.
