Update:
My biology teacher said it looked like a roe deer, which i think is really cool. I decided to bury it, because after researching for a few hours on the internet the other night, I found out it would be the best solution, as the bacteria and insects would eat the remaining (marrow?). It took me about 30 minutes to dig :D
In a month I will come back to see how it's doing. I'm excited!

im invested lol f yeah. pretty sure it's to remove bone marrow as well, you right. that's the same reason why cooked bones are difficult to preserve.
That makes sense!! I actually didn't know that about cooked bones, but that's interesting. I will update you! :D

YUSSS. also, it still is possible with cooked bones... i have proof mwaheheh >:) had a chimikin bone a while back that i preserved out of curiosity to see what would happen since it was cooked and my dude is still thriving, haven't seen any rot or signs of decomposition. he is a trooper frfr
