so i dont play any instruments yet but i plan on getting a drumset when i have the money :p any advice? :)) i know nothing about music, is it really important to learn how to read music sheets? :/

Hey drums is a great instrument so you've got the first part down in being supercoolamazingawesome because drummers are the best. The second part is mostly making sure you figure out the basics about what you want to learn. There are a lot of different styles of drumming out there but itll help a lot if you know the basic building blocks of rythym.
The only important thing about sheetmusic when it comes to drumming is the timesignatures. With sheetmusic you can see if its a full note, a halfnote or an eighth. This will becom important once you start playing more complicated pieces. Luckily that part of reading sheetmusic is the easiest and there are lots of great youtube crashcourses out there.

I used to play! When I moved out I couldnt take my set with me and im to broke for something electric so I had to leave everything behind. (ಥ﹏ಥ) My little sister also plays so she took over my set. I still play when I visit tho.
My own style is more metal focused I think. The reason I started playing was because I wanted to play double bass (double kickpedal). Mostly because I was listening to Avenged Sevenfold, Gojira and Slipknot at the time and became absolutely OBSESSED.
There was an old guy not to far from my house who gave me lessons for about two years so I got the basics down mostly thanks to him. Reading sheetmusic was something I could allready do because of previous instruments iv'e played.
Finding sources in your native language can help a lot yeah! You can get pretty far on the bare minimum when it comes to technical knowledge, but knowing a bit more can absolutely speed along the learning process.
The most important thing is repetition. The different movements and rythyms are something that probably wont be natural to your body. Its important to make sure you master a rythym slowly before you try speeding it up or you will get sloppy. Also make sure to practice basic rythyms and patterns daily. It doesnt have to be long but it will make your body more familiar with the different repetitions!
