Hello everyone, and welcome to the spaceHey, as of now, this project is in its beginning stages! I will be posting my progress on the character design and am open to suggestion from other people!

I will give updates periodically and write about my thought process while working on the character!

So here is a collage I made!

I wanted to get my ideas out there before I started drawing anything, and though making a collage based on the theme would help!

Obviously, since the site is called SPACEhey I decided to make the character space themed. So I collect a bunch of cool spacey designs for the collage. Another aspect that is only lightly seen in the collage is the old 2000s' anime style! This is due to the fact that Spacehey is based on the olden days of the internet social sites like Myspace!  I want to give the design a retro feel, and feel like the old anime style is the best for that!

Just going through some style and design choices today! I went with a more scene style for the hair, and an astronaut style for the outfit. IDK I'm not really feeling much of these, so I'll have to go back to the drawing board with these. 

Anyway, I also wanted the character to have a little robot pet so I'm working on It's design aswell.
