New Emberz/ Barazushi Splatoon weapons + thoughts part 1

I really like the designs of these weapons but I wanted to share both my thoughts on each one and their kits and how I play them, this is MY OPINION and not fact. I will be doing this in three ten weapons parts over the next few days. I just want to share how I feel playing Turf War with each weapon. Most if not all of these weapons were played while Urchin Underpass was in EVERY rotation.  With all that in mind let's start!

Glamorz Splattershot

Weapon kit: Burst Bomb and Kraken Royale
Thoughts: I played 3 matches with the Glamorz and it feels weird. I don't quite know how to explain it maybe I'm just used to the Vanilla and Tentatek but this one feels weird, Burst Bomb is nice to help teammates with but Kraken is weird especially with how long it takes to activate. Overall it's nice but it takes a bit to get used to. It took my first two matches before I figured out how exactly to play it, and even then it still feels kinda off but the weapon did come out yesterday as of me writing this blog so maybe with some serious dedication I might get better at it.

Hornz Dread Wringer

Weapon Kit: Curling Bomb and Crab Tank
Thoughts: I'm going to be a bit biased here because I already love playing the Dread Wringer as it is and while it is definitely weird to go from slinging ink to shooting it with the Crab Tank it does help that it has curling bomb as a travel option and as a bomb or distraction. I found myself using it as a distraction more than anything while I was playing against a team of mostly Dapple Dualies. People use Curling as a travel method so much that it kinda makes a good distraction. Overall this is a fun weapon to use, probably won't use it outside of Turf War until I get used to it though.

Splatterscope CAM-O

Weapon Kit: Sprinkler and Crab Tank
Thoughts: I wasn't sure I'd like the idea of a charger with Crab Tank but honestly it's probably one of my favorite variants of the Splat Charger/ Splatterscope. The Crab Tank adds to the charger's long range capabilities and is pretty quick to give you armor in a pinch if you have some enemies coming after you at your post or spot. Sprinkler is also great for giving you some time to move as some people will either go around it or break it first. Overall I love this charge I will definitely be putting time into at least 4 staring it if not this charger being added to the possible weapons we wanna 10 star.

Carbon Roller ANG-L

Weapon Kit: Fizzy Bomb and Super Chumps
Thoughts: At first I hated this thing, but it works really well with a Ninja Squid kit. That may just be because it's a Carbon Roller but it was really fun to play while using that kit. It's overall not ever going to be my first Carbon Roller pick but it's neat and I wouldn't mind messing around with it more when the excitement over the new weapons dies down.

Hoofz Dualie Squelchers

Weapon Kit: point sensor and Splattercolor Screen
NOTE: for all weapons with Splattercolor Screen I will not use the screen, so my thoughts will only be on the Main and Sub weapon. I don't use screen because I really don't like getting hit by screen. I will only play one or two matches with the screen weapons from here on out.
Thoughts: I am genuinely mad that these have Screen, they look so cool and they are, like all Squelcher Dualies some of my favorite dualies to use. Overall I wish they would fix screen because this and the deco .52 would be weapons I would put time into but they have screen and I wouldn't want to get hit by it so I refuse to use weapons with it in Splatoon.

Cometz Octo Brush

Weapon Kit: Auto Bomb and Kraken Royale
Thoughts: I love this brush, this is my FAVORITE of all the brushes in Splatoon 3. Kraken is kinda crazy on a brush it feels like the Cometz is a parallel to the Krak-On Splat Roller in a way because even though it has auto bomb instead of beakons it still seems to go with the melee weapon with Kraken setup the Krak-On has. Overall, I love this brush, if you are a brush main, which I am not, I highly suggest trying it out. It's fun even if it feels weird at first.

Dapple Dualies NOC-T

Weapon Kit: Splat Bomb and Killer Wail 5.1
Thoughts: These are super fun to use, it feels smooth to use both short range dualies and Killer Wail because you can do so much with the combo and the Splat Bomb helps too, considering that both the other Dapples we have in Splatoon 3 have Beakon and Torpedo as their sub weapons I think Splat Bomb is a welcomed change. Overall I love these dualies and if that dualies challenge comes back again I will definitely be using these guys. Also I am definitely going to try and 4 star these.

Starz Dynamo Roller

Weapon Kit: Point Sensor and Killer Wail 5.1
Thoughts: This weapon does not work well in small spaces, it does work really well on stages like Barnacle & Dime where the middle of the stage is a wide open space. It's good although I wish it had a different sub weapon, point sensor is great when your team notices it and follows it but if that doesn't happen it's kinda useless. Overall I think this is a good dynamo both design wise, I am a bit biased towards Emberz already, and it's pretty solid as far as how it plays just as long as you don't get caught in a corner or smaller stage.

Gleamz Blaster

Weapon Kit: Squid Beakon and Crab Tank
Thoughts: I love this blaster a lot, it's fun to use and it's nice to be able to use beakons on a a weapon class I like. The combo of Crab Tank and a blaster feels nice because you can continuously be a hard hitting weapon because of the Crab's burst fire. This weapon is probably going to replace the wiper deco as my default main. It also looks really pretty. Overall, I think this is my favorite blaster both kit wise and design wise. I love it!

Splattershot Pro FRZ-N

Weapon Kit: Splat Bomb and Tenta Missiles
Thoughts: I wasn't expecting to see so many missiles from these things because of a previous nerf the special weapon had but there were so many missiles from these they first dropped. As far as playing the FRZ-N I do want to say I am not good with the Splattershot Pro but this one felt very different from the other two and that may just be the easily obtainable missiles and the Splat Bomb this feels like a weapon I could get used to like it maybe the weapon to make me consider using the Pro. Overall, I like this and it may be the only Splattershot Pro I ever use, it's good. I like it!
That's it for part one, I will link part two under the credits if you'd like to hear me ramble on about another ten of the new weapons in the Splatlands collection. This took me two days to do and I hope it helps even if it's just my silly opinion on them. I enjoy the designs of both the Barazushi weapons and the Emberz ones because I like both rustic styles of the Barazushi ones and that sparkly almost 2000s vibe that the Emberz ones have. Parts two and three will probably take two days each. I hope you all look forward to them when they are published.
