Dreams are so interesting. That's the only time you can take a peek into your mind's workings and see what is going on. The dreams that you can have also depend on your mental state at the time, whether you ate dinner late or early, the amount of sleep you get, the information you consume before bed etc. They are usually very eventful and filled with unrealistic situations.
But sometimes.....dreams can VERY accurately predict certain events in your life or certain events which would occur worldwide.
There are may instances of this happening and even some of my dreams predicted certain events in my life, such as a dream that predicted that my test scores would be low just one day before my marks were revealed. My scores were eerily the exact same as what I'd seen in the dream. My dreams also predicted the coming of a new teacher to our school.
In another instance, a manga which has recently become popular for its accurate predictions of the future. The last manga which a mangaka, Ryo Tatsuki, wrote before she retired in 1999. In this manga, Ryo Tatsuki wrote about events she had seen in her dream, predicting the March 2011 Tohoku earthquake and Tsunami, which caused the Fukushima nuclear meltdown which claimed over 18,000 lives. In her earlier works, she had also predicted the 1995 Kobe earthquake and even the covid-19 pandemic. She's also credited for accurately predicting the death of global icons, Freddie Mercury and Princess Diana. Due to her uncanny predictions, she is known as the "Japanese Baba Vanga". She also had made a prediction of the boiling of the sea South of Japan, on July 2025, causing a mega Tsunami .The predicted location is within a seismically active Pacific region, bounded by Japan, Indonesia, Taiwan and the Northern Mariana Islands. This prediction has caused mass panic among people, leading many to cancel their trip to Japan.

Another instance include that of aย woman named Kathlee Middleton, predicting the assassination of Robert Kennedy, an American politician. She continued to dream of Kennedy's death for months and it finally came true after the midnight of June 5th, 1968.
In 1966, aย landslide of wasteย from a coal mine slid into the South Wales village of Aberfan. The local school was destroyed by the landslide, killing 144 students and teachers. The parents of Eryl Mai, a victim who had passed due to the accident, had submitted a premonition made by the 10 year old before the incident. She had told her mother that she had a frightening nightmare of her school no longer being there, but covered by something black.
There are many more incidences of people accurately predicting the future from their dreams.
Some of these incidences have been listed off as just "mere coincidences".ย
Even if we claim to not know the future, there maybe a tiny portion of our brains or a 5th sense which is capable of almost accurately predicting the future, hidden from us for our own good. Or maybe an omniscientย being sending us warning signs of what's about to come?
We may never know.........

huh, for me it always felt kinda the inverse of that. i feel that most of the dreams i had were in situations that were pretty much the opposite of what was happening in my life at the moment.
but yeah, some people are just born with this ability to "predict" things, and it's very insane for me that this is even possible on the first place. even if it's just an uncanny coincidence, it's still absurd. pretty interesting.
some people are just born with a hidden 5th sense ig
