I WANT TO BE IN A BAND

I started learning guitar when i was 7 years old but i've been so terribly inconsistent. now im 18 and i do NOT seem like ive played for 10 years

I wanna be like Ray Toro Frank Iero Mikey Way type player in a band but no one around me likes the stuff I do, and they're all either bad musicians (like, way worse than me) or they don't give you a chance to voice your opinions.

I WANT TO BE LIKE MCR I HAVE A DREAM I HAVE TALENT WHEN I TRY I DONT HAVE MOTIVATION OR GOOD PEOPLE AROUND ME

has anyone ever been in a situation like this and how to fix QUICK
