no cuz like I've never actually seen someone so cool before!!!!!٩( ˃▽˂ )۶ btw I'm not in my own country right now so I'll probably never see someone dress like that again so... BUT LITERALLY THEY LOOKED SO COOL BRO💔💔 AND THEY LITERALLY LOOKED AT ME∑(°口°๑) (I thinkk....)but I guess it kinda makes sense since I also dress a little alt!!!! also I couldn't have gone up 2 them cuz they probably wouldn't have spoken english but I wanted to compliment them SO bad...💔💔 but also I will NEVER have the courage to go up 2 some1 in public and compliment them(╥﹏╥) cuz like what if I get a voice crack or sumthing???? that would SUCK!!!!!!!!!(•̀_•́) but I might actually start dressing lolita cuz they actually looked so majestic it was crazy⸜(*˙꒳˙*)⸝ so yeah!!! apple girl out !!( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉﾞ

As someone who is also way to scared to actually compliment people in real life i just stare at the person till they look at me and do like the little hand hearts and a thumbs up while pointing at whatever i find really cool or nice about them. It saves me the trouble of dying of mortification and it brightens their day!
